[He gets his hands on the waistband of Bakugou's pants and starts working them down. Easier with his hands for sure. And soon he's tossing them aside.

He takes a little initiative and hooks his arms under Bakugou's legs.]

Better hold on.

[Then he's rising to his feet, scooping Bakugou out of the chair. He plans to carry him to the bed if he can get away with it.]
